Dubai Business Events is the official convention bureau for Dubai. As a division of the Department of Economy and Tourism, our main goal is to establish Dubai as a premier business event destination by promoting the destination and attracting business events that can help grow economic development, jobs and knowledge creation in the Emirate.

We offer a full spectrum of convention and event planning services. We also work to grow visitor numbers at business events in Dubai through our network of international offices in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

The BestCities Global Forum is open to International Associations, Association Management Companies, Agencies, Corporate Meeting Planners, Core PCOs and invited guests who have a minimum of one international event that fits the following criteria (one representative per organisation):


  • The event is over 500 participants in size;
  • The event is held on a regular basis and must rotate globally;
  • You are a decision maker or main influencer on the choice of destination for this event;
  • You have a genuine interest in at least 3 BestCities destinations as a potential future host city for this event.
