Complimentary Registration BestCities Hosted Buyer Group

  • The BestCities complimentary registration can only be applied to new registrations for Convening EMEA 2024. If you are already registered you cannot make use of this offer.
  • Meeting planners invited by BestCities are able to make use of the complimentary registration and one registration per organisation.
  • If your registration is accepted by BestCities, you will be provided with a discount code so you can register for the conference through PCMA. -To be eligible for the complimentary registration you agree to attend the BestCities networking event that will be held at Convening EMEA (this will not clash with the main PCMA conference programme)
  • BestCities Global Alliance reserves the right to distribute registrations at its sole discretion, limited places are available.

Travel & Accommodation

  • You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangement to and from Barcelona. Click here on how to get to Barcelona.
  • You will be responsible for making your own accommodation arrangements. The Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona is the chosen HQ hotel for Convening EMEA 2024, click here to make a booking.
