Welcome to the registration page for the BestCities Global Forum 2026. Please complete the details to register your interest.

Please note the BestCities Global Forum is open to International Associations, Association Management Companies, Corporate Meeting Planners, (Core) PCOs and invited guests who have a minimum of one international event that fits the following criteria:

  • The event is over 500 participants in size;
  • The event is held on a regular basis and must rotate globally;
  • You are a decision maker or main influencer on the choice of destination for this event;
  • You have a genuine interest in at least 3 BestCities destinations as a potential future host city for this event.

BestCities Global Alliance reserves the right to cancel your application if you do not fit these criteria.

What happens next?
Upon receiving your application BestCities Global Alliance will: 1. Review your application to ensure you fit our criteria. 2. If your application is accepted we will send you a registration link to provide more information, including your travel preferences. 3. Upon completion of your registration we will request a travel itinerary (economy class) from our appointed travel agent for your review. Once you approve our agent will make the booking and we will book your accommodation accordingly. 4. We will send you a travel and hotel confirmation including tickets.
