The BestCities Global Forum is open to International Associations, Association Management Companies, Agencies, Corporate Meeting Planners, (Core) PCOs and invited guests who have a minimum of one international event that fits the following criteria (one representative per organisation):

The event is over 500 participants in size;

The event is held on a regular basis and must rotate globally;

You are a decision maker or main influencer on the choice of destination for this event;

You have a genuine interest in at least 3 BestCities destinations as a potential future host city for this event.

The Application/Registration Process

STEP 1

Register interest by clicking the button below. Upon receiving your application we will review to ensure you fit the criteria.

STEP 2

If your application is accepted we will send you a registration link to provide more information, including your travel preferences.

STEP 3

Upon completion of your registration we will request a travel itinerary from our appointed travel agent for your review. Once you approve our agent will make the booking and we will book your accommodation accordingly.

STEP 4

We will send you a travel and hotel confirmation including tickets.

What's included?

Return economy flights to Dublin
Single occupancy accommodation for a maximum of 3 nights on the nights of 24, 25 and 26 January 2025. If your travel arrangements do not allow for arrival on time on 24 January 2025, BestCities Global Alliance will cover the additional night. View the terms and conditions for full details.
All meals during the programme.

What do we expect from you?

You will attend the entire Global Forum programme. Starting early evening of Friday 24 January 2025 and concluding in the evening on Sunday 26 January 2025.
You meet the criteria listed above.
You have not attended a Global Forum in the last 3 years.
Come with an open mind, willingness to learn and share your experiences!

BestCities has partnered with Trees4Events with the aim of making the Global Forum in Dublin a planet positive event. Through their comprehensive event emissions calculator we will be investing in trees, one of the most powerful absorbers of carbon emissions. We will be helping to restore forests, ecosystems, biodiversity and transform the lives of indigenous communities. Through our additional investment into United Nations Certified Emission Reduction renewable energy projects we want to demonstrate our commitment to people positive conferencing.
