Nigel Collin is one of the most highly regarded MC/Facilitators in Australia, with an impressive track record working with some of the world’s top organisations and associations for over two decades. 

Within the Tourism and Events sector, he has facilitated events and worked with organisations such as ILEA (International Live Events Association), BEA (Business Events Australia), NT Tourism, IAPCO, and a myriad of associations throughout Australia and overseas.

In 2017 he was awarded outstanding contribution to Meetings and Events Australia. He was Show Director of Australia’s largest-ever corporate event in 2005 and Chair of MEA (Meetings and Events Australia) during the Covid Pandemic.

In 2022 Nigel earned his MBA with high distinction at La Trobe University, where he now lectures MBA students.  He recently accepted a full scholarship for a Doctorate of Business Administration, researching grassroots innovation for sustainability.

Nigel has a passion for understanding why businesses and organisations are successful. In 2013 armed with a video camera, Nigel set off on an initiative, solo on his motorbike, to discover ingenious Australians and share their stories. As founder of ‘Ingenious Oz Project’ and author of ‘Game of Inches’ he travels Australia finding the most ingenious business and professional success stories, takes out the key learnings and shares them.
